TRUST IN JESUS
Good news is what the Bible proclaims. Read its pages and you will hear the glad tidings––the forgiveness of sins, the death of death, the hope of eternal life, fellowship with God. All of these great and good benefits come to us exclusively through Jesus and are to be received by simple faith in his death and resurrection. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).

BAPTISM
WHAT IS BAPTISM?
Baptism is the immersion of a believer in water into the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. In baptism the believer takes his stand with the Lord Jesus beore the watching world. Also, in baptism God places his own name upon the Christian. You should be baptized if you have repented of your sin and believed on Christ alone for salvation and have not already been baptized as a believer by immersion.

BECOME A MEMBER
We believe that membership with a local church is a necessary step in your Christian life. Church membership is formally committing to live out your discipleship in the midst of a particular local church and a local church committing to oversee your discipleship process.
If you are a new or long time attender of FWBC and you’re interested in becoming a member we require you to attend a membership class and meet with one of our elders. Diving into the Word with a small group allows for the strengthening of our love for the Lord and each other. They help us to build stronger relationships and deeper knowledge. We’d love to get you connected with a group so that we can learn and grow together!

Give
WHY WE GIVE
Our church sees giving as part of our regular worship. We give back to God because of all He has given us. If you would like to make an offering, there are a couple options available.

Our Mission’s Team exists to fulfill the third part of our church family passion statement “to proclaim God universally”. We will devote ourselves to pray and to serve together to enable the FWBC family to bring the glories of the God that we prize supremely, to the nations, that they may join us in praising God wholeheartedly.
